Please note: prices are inclusive of everything, there is nothing extra to pay for electricity, heating oil or firewood. Clean bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. A welcome pack is also provided at no extra charge.
When booking more than 4 weeks in advance, a deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking, and the remainder is due within 4 weeks of the rental. When booking with less than 4 weeks notice, the full amount is due in advance.
A damage deposit is required with final payment. This consists of cheque for the amount of £200 which will be returned after the rental.
On the day of arrival, clients will have access to the cottage from 3pm onwards, and on the day of departure clients must vacate the cottage before 10am which allows time to prepare the cottage for the next guests.
